Zen Bedrooms - mattress received is nothing like advertised product - Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress
I purchased a gel memory foam mattress from Zen Bedrooms after getting advice from their customer service about firmness levels. I have slept on memory foam before, as well as on high density foam mattresses, and have found both of them quite comfortable. The mattress I received is like sleeping on a table - no cushiness, no give, no comfort. I have contacted Zen Bedrooms and complained and their response was "I would like to confirm that the correct Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress was delivered to you!" That's it. I have spent a significant sum of money on a mattress that is uncomfortable and not as advertised and that's all they have to say.
